Meredith Hawkins

Chief People Officer

Meredith is responsible for overseeing all people strategies, initiatives, and programs worldwide, with a focus on attracting, engaging, and developing a diverse workforce. Meredith has a passion for building high-performing teams and cultivating a collaborative, growth mindset culture where GoGetters can do their best work and grow their careers.

Meredith has been with the company since 2019 and was previously the head of global people business partners. Prior to GoTo, Meredith has held several strategic positions in the Business Partner function at Trip Advisor, Akamai Technologies & Staples.

Meredith enjoys a flexible working environment at her home outside of Boston with her husband and two children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College.
